    Full Job Description

    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
    • Must have zeal and enthusiasm that sets precedence!

    • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
    • Understand financial P&Ls 
    • Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests and team members.
    • Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members
    • Manage work schedules.
    • Maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers. Ensure the restaurant is clean and the equipment is in good working condition at all times.
    • Ensure that ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with great care and concern for food safety.
    • Maintain a local marketing program that will continue to grow sales.
    • Develop communication skills with ALL members of the team! 
    • Manage administrative responsibilities such as employee timekeeping, inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
    • Promote a positive team atmosphere; help with the growth and development of team members.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Cashier - Part-Time/Full-time

    No experience required, but experience in a customer service or cash handling role is a plus.


    Job Description:

    The Cashier will be responsible for processing customer orders and payments, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.


    Responsibilities:


    • Greet guests and process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Operate the point-of-sale system to process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:


    • No experience required, but experience in a customer service or cash handling role is a plus.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

    Experience:


    No experience is required, but some experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.


    Job Description:

    The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have a passion for cooking.


    Responsibilities:


    • Prepare food items according to standard recipes and specifications.
    • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
    • Assist with receiving and storage of food deliveries.
    • Assist with inventory and stock rotation.
    • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that food is prepared on time and to the guest's satisfaction.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
